Sorry haven't got a test board with me for that build. Will have a look at it after Saturday next week. In the meantime use b1.

Try downloading again, it may be better. The performance differs between builds based on tiny changes in the location of functions in memory and how they interact with caching from flash.

No idea. You have to have downloaded TinyUSB 0.21 and have it in the correct place in your environment. There are also three patches that need to be applied to it. These are all in the github
